Juneteenth Family Fest Tee (Limited Overstock Release)
Originally released for Juneteenth '24, this special edition tee pays tribute to some of South Carolina’s most influential freedom fighters and changemakers — individuals who helped shape the fight for equality and justice, not only here in the 843, but far beyond.
• Denmark Vesey — planned one of the largest attempted slave revolts in American history right here in Charleston.
• Mary McLeod Bethune — educator and civil rights leader who advised U.S. presidents and founded Bethune-Cookman University.
• Robert Smalls — formerly enslaved, he commandeered a Confederate ship to freedom and went on to become a U.S. Congressman.
• Septima Clark — “Mother of the Civil Rights Movement,” known for her work in education and voter registration.
• Esau Jenkins — Charleston activist who championed education, economic empowerment, and civil rights in the Sea Islands.
Created in partnership with the official Juneteenth Family Fest, this design represents a powerful slice of South Carolina history and the legacy of freedom that lives on.
Limited overstock available — once these are gone, they won’t restock.
